I went to school after Vietnam at the University of Illinois Chicago and Governors State University and earned a BA in Public Administration and a Masters in Environmental Science. I completed much of the work towards a PhD in Public Policy Analysis. I spent most of my career as a city planner / manager / consultant. I am currently an Economic Development and City Planning consultant.
